I have over 7 years' experience working with varied mental health populations in the outpatient environment, and I currently work in both private practice and as a psychiatric consultant for primary care practices nationwide.

I am a doctorally prepared psychiatric nurse practitioner. I use a combination of medication management, brief therapy, and holistic wellness to treat mental health symptoms that have impacted happiness, resilience, connections with others, and quality of life.
